Strategy & Operations — AI-native

strategy
that ships.

I'm Anisha — the operator founders lean on when a problem has no clean owner. Four years turning ambiguity into revenue systems, working AI products, and the operating cadence that keeps a scaling company coherent — from Fortune 500 sales floors to the engine room of a YC-backed startup.

About

Give me something messy.
I'll hand back a system.

Engineer by training, MBA by choice, operator by obsession. I started on enterprise sales floors in India — HPE, then Salesforce — crossed the world for a master's at NYU, and now run strategy & operations at a YC-backed AI startup in Atlanta.

The throughline: I don't just recommend — I build. Every role, I've ended up shipping the tool I wished existed, whether that's an AI coaching product for 40K+ users or an LLM quietly running a CRM.

And I'm usually the one handed the ambiguous, cross-functional problems — the ones that fall between org charts. I've owned that inside fintech, rebuilding a private-credit platform's operations from scratch, and across enterprise sales floors selling to the C-suite.

01

Bias for action

Ship the imperfect version, learn, iterate. Momentum beats perfection.

02

Ownership

If it's broken and no one's fixing it, it's mine now.

03

Honesty

Real numbers, direct feedback, no spin — the hard truth early beats the comfortable one late.

04

Growth

Deliberately the least experienced person in the room. That's where learning is fastest.

let's talk.

The best conversations start with a hard problem. Bring me one — AI, ops, go-to-market, or something that doesn't have a name yet.
